How many products am I limited to?

You are not limited in any way, you can create as many products and product categories as you like.

What are my ongoing costs?

The only ongoing cost is the hosting fee for your web space and email facilities, this fee is £17.95+VAT per month. For more information on our hosting service please see our Services page.

Do I need any special software to use the site?

No. There is nothing to download and install on your computer. MoonlitePro™ is 100% web2.0 technology meaning you can access your orders, customers and products from any computer with an Internet connection, anywhere in the world.

Do I need to choose a design template

No. We do not work with pre-built templates. Each MoonlitePro™ has a bespoke design tailored to your business.

How will my products get on search engines?

We have put a great deal of effort into making MoonlitePro™ search engine friendly. Not only are there built-in tools to manage the site's title, keywords and description META tags, but each product page is automatically optimised and submitted to Google.

When does the product support run out?

Our product support never runs out and we never charge for it either. So long as you have a MoonlitePro™ system we are always available at the end of a phone or via email to answer any questions you may have.
